Talking about ONE BELL

Quote

ONE BELL

One bell tolls.
Upon the waters
That have swept
Away.
And chime
for the
Dawning.
Liberty
Wails Shriking in the din.
Shouting….Liberty Screaming. Agast.
One Bell rings
across the mists
and wakes
the many.

As ever, be well.  Stephen Craig Rowe

Thank you for visiting my space, and leaving the verse of poetry. I’m not a poet, but read and did not recognize or understand the haiku on Doc’s space, and thought about how I could write a haiku of my own that expressed my feelings at the time.I like you space very much. Now that I’m here I realize I’ve been here before, and I’m surprised I don’t have you already listed on my Great Spaces list. May I list your space now?

I just found your comment about googling. Do you look in your settings/stats and click the link that says google search? The link takes you to the exact search page the other person used for their search, and the word or phrase they used is actually still in the search bar, in my case, "romantic retiree blog." I’ve followed back on a number of googles, but occasionally I can’t find my space in the google search. I was googled 3 or 4 times for my Winky Dink entry.

Thanks for leaving the cat in Stephen – sounds like it needs a home – any extra room in that studio of yours? Your work is engaging – I am so glad you left a comment on my site – so I could find yours. I’ll check back in frequently as I am a painter myself – for relaxation though – not gifted like you. You be well Stephen – One of you many admirers I see -Heidi

Hi Stephen,it’s really a nice feeling to get your message, esp. after such an exhausting week. I’ve been busy for a quite while and in the short run, I can’t see its end. Maybe that’s what life should be. I always have a feeling of being out of time, and not satisfied with my progress. "It should be faster!" So I usually run all the time. BTW, I’m well known for running through the corridor. Be well…I have to go back to work, since tomorrow is another deadline. Be well. Ning

Excellent Stephen and as always your work is amazing. Thank you for dropping by, for it has been a while. I am thinking much is a bad dream and we all will eventually wake up and none of this ever happened. Damn how I wish that were true. Hugs to you mate and take care of yourself. Bev

Wow Stephen. You do for words, what I can do for math. It was just beautiful. I wish that I could execute the English Language like that. But as for now, it will ever seem to alude me in some mysterious way.I must compliment your painting skills. And recommend that you drop by: http://spaces.msn.com/members/yuanwork2005HY/She takes amazing photographs, and does a lot of fun artwork with computers. Hope you are having a great Thursday and thanks for the kind words on my space!-Kelsey

Stephen,Just checking in to say hello. I’m glad you like the latest on my space. You sometimes comment about my lines being well-written and I know what you mean, but actually they sort of fall out…never really composed and polished. As ever,Steph

Stephen – Is that a new photo of a black and white kitten? I don’t remember seeing it before. Could it be the one that was scratching at your studio door? Did you take him/her in? You – dear heart – are a good man. I and the furry one thank you.Heidi –
