Liberty And The Seven Sisters A Poem For Tears Of The Saints Published By Stephen Craig Rowe

Quote

Liberty wave
Her torch
in the night and
The Seven sisters giggled.
Laughing in the Stars
Glittering
The Night
Falling,
Falling,
Raining
Perseides.
So very far away.
So near.
So Clear the Sky
Dancing on the eyes
That
Shine in tears of joy
for the moment
And shy
From the star dust
Not.
For the Stars Rain for
The Glory!
The tears of Saints are not
Shed in sadness
Dancing in Diamond Sky
For you to see.
They fall for those to behold
And hold.
In the mind’s eye.
If only for a moments blessing.
Sigh, in the wonder of it All.
Pray and be a part of the betterment.
Liberty whispered into the Dragon’s ear.
" My Dear Dragon, the stars are falling and the dawn is near!"
Seven Sisters dance in the night glittering star show
Stunning stellular display.
Dragon was woken with Liberty’s whisper.  Again!
" Bloody hell".  Dragon belched in a puff of smoke.
Coiled and un-coiled red eyed.  Dragon wing slung
In myth and memory deep in dreams of the olden days,
Half awake and
One wing still very much awake and flying.
With one eye open and one eye shut.
Like flying with one wing and having the other
lost in dreams.
Dragon said to Liberty.
" The beauty of the myth, is the inspiration of the dream. The reality is for those to behold."  Then the Dragon went to deep Dragon sleep again until they need him again.  Kinda like Magic hibernation.  Liberty, smiled kissed the stars as they fell from the Sky.
As ever be well, Stephen Craig Rowe

Hello Stephen. I’ve seen you comments on other spaces many times. One of your many fans recommended I check out your space and I’m glad she did. Excellent poetry and your artwork is professional. Best wishes from Alabama. Mitch
