PAINTING STUDIO UPDATE and Earth Hour plus 5th Annual Computer Surroundings Day! Sunday Morning Snow

[light+switch.jpg]

It was a cold, wet, grey Saturday with snow on the way this night as winter gives way to spring.  Dim it damn it!  Just give it a chance as we are all left with decisions to make the world a better place.  Even off season the snow falls for a reason that only the snow knows.  Only the snow knows?  In nature’s quiet yet fierce and tender way we do what we can do and do it well.  As I go to the good night my light will ever shine yet the lights in my house shall dim to a candle.  Perhaps I will walk in the new fallen snows, listen to the silence, gaze at the stars beyond the clouds and shine on.  Conserve a little or conseve a lot.  Just conserve.

It’s chilly right now but, I have flowers blooming!I am also very excited for katherine. I can;t wait for her book. The signing is only about 100 miles from me. Snow has a beauty all its own. I wanted to say "sad" beauty but decided ‘no, snow does not always make me sad’.. I like snow provided it does not create hardship. Well, "Mother Nature" can be beautiful and yet hard.. dangerous and a cause of death but we love her still. So I say, I love the photos of the last (I hope) vestiges of winter. As for the pix of your computer setup …. I say, BRAVO. Your computer is in your living space!! Same with me and will be so wherever I live. It is my entertainment, my connection with the world. It is always in my living space. My trip to USA is completed. I have returned to Spring in Heidelberg!

Hi Stephen! VERY nice photos and I really like your surroundings! It looks very cozy and comfortable! The snow photos remind me of my days growing up in New Jersey. I heard that you were ill and am glad that you are feeling better.Take care My FriendBob
