Talking about WHEN FOR A DAY FINE ART WENT FOR A WORD

Quote

WHEN FOR A DAY FINE ART WENT FOR A WORD

When Fine Art went for a Word
The pages
Turn as
One’s Self
Reads the words
See
The words.
Become the
Space between
The lines
Where there
Are no
Words.
To express
Glory of All.
There the page
Turns and
Learn to Read
Again.
For it is written that in the beginning
Was the Word
And the Word became
God.

As ever be well.  Stephen Craig Rowe

    Sir Rowe,

    I enjoy
    how you use
    the absolute
    bare necessities
    in your writing.

    You always
    make perfect
    fluid
    transitions
    between
    your
    seamless
    stanzas.

    I also
    am a big fan
    of the short line break,
    as it appears you are.

    Line breaks
    can make or break
    a poem,

    can they not?

    Thank you
    for the poem
    in my comments
    as well.

    Humbled,
     The Misfit

MY mind is with Sassy, and now with Adam…. he is backpacking 18 miles for two days against doctors wishes his blood pressure is bad, on 29th he will have a big tumor removed.  He wants this mountain trip for his soul… I wish him well.  You know I have become attached to him (mr. mom) they still have not given him his SSI , the doctors said he should of died last year, but he has survived but isn’t it a pity they do not help him with his medicines and doctors!  His lawyer is fighting for him……this is ridiculous.  Again the world amazes me with its paperwork …. it seems a quiet weekend.
It seems like everyone is enjoying summer and are not blogging as they do in winter……….Just check in with you
to let you know I am what I am, and I ams what I am… by Popeye the sailor man… my favorite quote.

There are so many of them that I love in particular; the pale ones toward the end of your collection make me think of Aurora, Goddess of the Dawn. The blues are Dante’s "Paradisio." Superb.

Can’t say I truly understand this one but then poems aren’t meant to be understood.  It is beautifully written.

    Hello Stephen:
The Word is very important… in this cibernetic world… but in the real world, sometimes, the silences are more important than the words
    Have a great week

I love the simplicity of this poem, Stephen. Sunrays just pour out of every sentence :)
Hope you had a great weekend?

    Dear Stephen,
The pale cream of your lilies is a pastel poem.  -Such beauty given to earth by heaven.
